If you are planning on attending the conference and have not secured a hotel reservation, you may contact ARES Travel for citywide hotel availability at non-conference rates.

ARES Travel Conference Hotels

** The ARES Housing System is a third-party travel planner. Rates, deposits, and cancellation policies may vary and are the responsibility of the guest. Questions on hotel policies stated or payments made on the ARES website should be directed to the ARES Reservation Center or to the hotel directly.

Shuttles: All hotels are within walking distance. Shuttles will not be provided, if you require ADA accommodations please indicate in your registration.

Division Hotels

Please note: IAFC does not solicit reservations by phone or email. If you receive a call or email from any company offering to make hotel reservations for you over our meeting dates, we urge you not to book with them. These companies are not affiliated with the IAFC in any way and therefore are not authorized to make reservations on our behalf. While the rates may sound good, unauthorized companies typically require nonrefundable, pre-paid reservations and often end up moving individuals to other hotels. If you book with an unauthorized company, IAFC cannot protect you if there is a problem with your reservation when you arrive in Kansas City.
