What Comes with a Booth
- Opportunity to market your products and services to top industry decision-makers.
- 3 (or more) complimentary exhibitor badges.
- Allow access to the Exhibit Hall and Wednesday's Reception.
- Badge allotment is based on booth size:
- Each 10x10 booth receives 3 badges
- Booths larger than 100 SQ FT receive 2 additional badges for every additional 100 SF
- i.e., 200 SF receives 5 badges / 600 SF receives 9 badges).
- Unlimited Attendee Expo Only Invitations for admission to the Expo Hall for your invited guests, customers, and clients.
- Product category listing in the official Mobile App and on the FRI Show Website.
- Exhibitor booth liability insurance via Rainprotection.
- All booths include:
- Standard flameproof booth equipment.
- For linear booths:
- 8' high pipe and drape backwall
- 3' high pipe and drape side rails
- 7” x 44” booth identification sign (company name and booth number.)*
Not included in booths: Carpet, furniture (except Tech Zone booths) or electrical.
*Island booths of any size do not include drape of ID Signs.
Tech Zone booth package ($25 / SQ FT):
- Blue Jay (Black/Blue) Carpet
- One 6' black draped table
- Two chairs
- One wastebasket

- *Tech Zone - Exhibitors that have not participated in the Tech Zone in the past must be an approved Technology provider before confirming booth space within the zone. Tech Zone booths are $25 per square foot and include: carpet, 1-6' table, 2 chairs and a wastebasket.

- Contract and deposit are within 30 days of the receipt of your space reservation. Failure to comply could result in the release of your booth space.
- Payment Schedule:
- Contract and 50% deposit are due within 30 days of booth reservation.
- Final payment will be due on December 1, 2022.
- After December 1, 2022: 100% due with booth reservation.
- Cancellation Policy:
- All cancellations must be made in writing by email to Exhibits@iafc.org.
- By December 1, 2022: 50% Cancellation fee applies (includes any booth size reductions)
- By December 2, 2022 or after: No refund will be made for cancellation, even if space is resold. Any company canceling all or part of their contracted exhibit space after this date will forfeit any payment previously made.
