The challenges of this current decade serve as consistent evidence that today's fire service landscape is vastly different than what it had been when most of us started our careers. Despite the overall mission of "service to others" remaining resolute, how we as leaders accomplish this mission must be transformed. Today's fire service leaders need to prescribe action to keep pace with the needs of our communities and department members during these rapidly changing times.
This entertaining, interactive session will highlight the need for purposeful leadership, clear leader intent, transformational planning, and collaborative relationships as tools for meeting evolving challenges. Participants will receive instruction on creating their own unique road map for obtaining the keys to open personal and organizational transformations.

Upon completion of this presentation, participants will be able to clearly state the concept of personal and organizational transformations and identify the signs and symptoms suggesting transformational change is needed.
