Each exhibiting company receives a set number of complimentary booth staff badges based on their booth size. See below for the number of badges per square foot. Exhibitor badges allow access to the Exhibit Hall and General Session.

The primary contact on record for FRI 2023 exhibits will receive an email with the registration link and promo code from conferences@iafc.org. This is the link to use for Exhibitor Badge Registration. *Please allow 48 hours for the registration system to be updated and to receive a link.

Badge registration is REQUIRED to receive the housing link and reserve hotel rooms.

Other Registrations

Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased for $50.
Additional exhibitor full conference badges can be purchased for $420.
Wristbands are available on-site for Exhibitor Set-Up Only, no need to register them

Unlimited Attendee Expo Only Invitations for admission to the Expo Hall for your invited guests, customers, and clients can be made through the registration portal by choosing Attendee on the registration page.
